Dr. Gruska is a clinic supervisor and associate professor at Bastyr University California focused on women’s health.

Clinical Interests:

Dr. Gruska helps patients address a wide variety of conditions with a focus on gynecology, maternity, pediatrics, and mental health. Other interests include botanical medicine, homeopathy, nutrition, cranial-sacral therapy, and Catharsis Application Program.

Her goal as a practitioner is to create an attentive and compassionate atmosphere that supports positive change through life transitions.

Past Experience:

Dr. Gruska is a veteran of naturopathic medicine, previously in private practice for thirty years. She was also an Associate Professor (academic and clinical) at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine for eight years.

Education & Affiliations:

Dr. Gruska holds a doctoral degree in naturopathic medicine from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon. She is also a member of the California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CNDA).
