Biography: 

Dr. Hope is a faculty supervisor at Bastyr University Clinic and Associate Dean of Academics for the School of Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University California.

Clinical Interests:

She has a special interest in the areas of Mind-Body medicine, stress reduction using biofeedback, craniosacral therapy, hydrotherapy, authentic movement and botanical medicine.

Healing Philosophy:

Dr. Hope has a passion for teaching, both students and patients. She believes in presenting options for patients and empowering them to find their own path to wellness.

Past Experience:

Dr. Hope completed a teaching fellowship at Bastyr University in Washington before working at Bastyr University California. She also worked in private practice in Seattle, Washington, focusing on Mind-Body medicine techniques for stress reduction. Before that she was a supervisor at The Crisis Clinic in Seattle, overseeing phone staff handling a crisis hotline.

Education & Affiliations:

Dr. Hope graduated from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington, with her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. Before relocating to San Diego, she completed a teaching fellowship at Bastyr University in Washington as well. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Behavioral Neuroscience from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey.
