Interested in learning how food is connected to your health? Join us for a whole-food, plant based cooking class, available as a single class or part of a series of three classes.
Our classes offer you hands-on opportunities to prepare nourishing and delicious plant based dishes using proper cooking techniques, exploring the benefits of these foods, all while enjoying a fun-filled evening!
Class Two: Nutrient Packed Middle Eastern
Falafels are a delight that can be prepared in a light, healthy fashion that is shock-full of nutrients with the same level of deliciousness! To go with our falafels, we will make a delicious tahini sauce and tabbouli two ways, both packed with nutrition - and flavor!

All recipes will include a gluten-free variation when requested in advance. After we cook, attendees all enjoy a meal with generous helpings of the recipes we make in class as well as printed recipes to take home.
All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees of $25. Purchase two classes at same time for only $45, or the entire series of 3 plant-based classes for $65.
