Our classes offer you hands-on opportunities to prepare nourishing and delicious plant based dishes using proper cooking techniques, exploring the benefits of these foods, all while enjoying a fun-filled evening!
Class Three: Longevity Greek Inspired
The spotlight on wellness and longevity will take us to explore what the locals eat to contribute to their incredible health. Inspired by the Island of Icaria, Greece, this menu will show us how to incorporate simple, nutrient rich, delicious foods in a family-style feast!

All recipes will include a gluten-free variation when requested in advance. After we cook, attendees all enjoy a meal with generous helpings of the recipes we make in class as well as printed recipes to take home.
All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees of $25.
