Dr. Kazem is a clinical supervisor in the physical medicine department at Bastyr University Clinic. He is also adjunct faculty at Bastyr University California. He is also a licensed chiropractor in the state of California.

Dr. Kazem believes in combining a strong chiropractic philosophy with the ability to accurately diagnose the chief concerns of the patient to treat the cause of pain and discomfort. This allows the patient's symptoms to be attended to while still focusing on eliminating the underlying cause. His adjusting style includes utilizing traditional diversified adjustments as well as instrument-assisted adjustments.

Dr. Kazem graduated from the Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2015 as a doctor of Chiropractic and completed his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from San Diego State University in 2008
