Healthy Cooking Class: Celebrating Spring

Tuesday, April 25, 2017 - 6:00pm to 7:30pm

Master the basics of whole-food, organic cooking while learning new culinary techniques and styles. Join us as we celebrate the new spring season! During this cooking class, we will create a wholesome seasonal spring meal that will delight taste buds and is inspired by cultural traditions from all over the world.  We will make:

  • Zesty Apple Carrot Slaw
  • Roasted Lamb with Fresh Mint "Chimichurri"
  • Mustard Greens with Steamed Eggs

All recipes will include a vegan and gluten-free variation when requested in advance. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home. Class size limited to 20 people. Classes are $40 each or $32 for Bastyr University Clinic patients. Discounts available for seniors, military and students.
