Raw foods are busting with nutrients and healthful enzymes and surprisingly, there's much more than plain salad! In this class we will learn some basics about raw foods and how to make a delicious, balanced and fulfilling meal that is vibrant and chock-full of nutrients!

All recipes will include a vegan or gluten-free variation when requested in advance. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home. Class size limited to 20 people.
