Healthy Cooking Class: Gluten-Free Italian Night

There's so much more to Italian food than pasta. Come learn the secrets of this simple yet scrumptious cuisine by using healthy techniques and seasonal ingredients to create a balanced, Italian-inspired meal while gathering new treasured recipes! 

In this class we will make:

  • Mini Caprese Bites with Bitter Greens 
  • Soft Polenta with Homemade Tomato Sauce 
  • Hearty Herbed Meatballs 

All recipes will include a vegan or gluten-free variation when requested in advance. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home. Class size limited to 20 people. Discounted pricing available for students, seniors, military and their families, as well as Bastyr Clinic patients.
