Let's celebrate sunny San Diego with the dish that was created with all the best we have to offer: fish tacos! In this class we will learn about local produce, how to source, store and prepare it. We will also talk about fish and how to properly source and incorporate it in our diets.

All recipes will include a vegan and gluten-free variation when requested in advance. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home. Class size limited to 20 people. Classes are $40 each or $32 for Bastyr University Clinic patients. Discounts available for seniors, military and students.
