Healthy Cooking Class: Pink Menu - Celebrating Health and Wellness

Master the basics of whole-food, organic cooking while learning new culinary techniques and styles.

Come help us embrace health awareness as we cook together a pink-inspired menu bursting with nutrients, antioxidants and flavor! Let’s talk about nutrition density, tasty flavor combinations and learn some great healthy cooking techniques!

We will be making:

  • Beet carpaccio with dark greens salad
  • Cedar planked salmon with lemony blanched veggies
  • Raw chocolate raspberry thumbprint cookies

All recipes will include a vegan and gluten-free variation when requested in advance. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home.

Class size limited to 20 people. Discounted pricing available for students, seniors, military and their families, as well as Bastyr Clinic patients.
