Whether with family, friends, neighbors, co-workers – cooking and eating meals together is a key contributor to overall wellness! All recipes will include a vegan and gluten-free variation when requested in advance. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home. Class size limited to 20 people. Classes are $40 each or $32 for Bastyr University Clinic patients. Discounts available for seniors, military and students.
